About Anytime Plumber
I was 17 when I started in plumbing. Not because I dreamed of it at five years old, but because I needed work and someone gave me a chance. That early start meant I saw jobs from the ground up, literally. By the time I had kids, I had built something real, but I knew what it felt like to work for someone else's vision.
In 2004, I purchased Jennings Company. Eight years later, we launched Anytime Plumber. The name wasn't marketing—it was a promise we could actually keep. We stocked our trucks differently. We trained differently. We answered phones at 2 a.m. because a basement flooding isn't a business hour problem.
Over 35 years, I've worked on residential homes, commercial kitchens, office buildings, schools, restaurants. I've learned what works at 3 a.m. and what breaks under real-world pressure. My son Cameron joined as a service manager because he grew up around this—he understands what it means to show up and fix something the right way, not the fast way.
'A loaded truck and a trained technician are worth more than promises. We built this around the truck.'
— Jeff Fendley, Owner
Every truck our technicians drive carries a mobile warehouse. That decision came from watching time disappear on job sites—a missing part, a second trip, a customer waiting. We load everything because a 2 a.m. emergency means you solve it when you're there, not when you come back tomorrow.
Being family-owned changes how you think about reputation. When your name is on the truck and your kid works here, shortcuts feel different. Our technicians are fully trained and equipped because that's what professionalism looks like when you own the business and the outcome falls on you. We're not building something to sell—we're building something to keep.
Twenty-four-hour service isn't a marketing angle. It's a reality in Pensacola—pipes freeze, septic systems back up, water heaters fail at midnight. The businesses and homes that need us don't care about business hours. We answer because that's when problems happen.
When you call, you get a technician who shows up trained, equipped, and ready. Emergency plumbing, septic repairs, drain cleaning, hydro jetting, water heater installation, gas line work, camera inspections—we handle residential and commercial work across Pensacola. Our team has done it. They know what questions to ask and what to check before it becomes a bigger problem.
You'll notice the details. The truck arrives stocked. The technician explains what they're seeing and what it means. The work gets done right. We're a Pensacola business owned by someone who still lives here, whose family works here, and who built this for the people who call at odd hours and need real help. That matters to us because it matters to you.
